and The Quadrennial Hair Harvesting Performance at The Lock-up Contemporary Art Center in Newcastle, NSW, AU, Wednesday, August 31 at 5:30PM. The Lock-Up is a Contemporary Art Center in the historical Police building of Newcastle. Curators Jessi England and Courtney Novak.
Coincidentally the next Manifesto Brut group show in Italy has the same flavor - "Unaware Prisoners". Curator Rino Talaro. Opening September 10 in Palace Novelli of Carinola, Caserta, Italy. This show is about undergoing people's dependency from a perverse socio-economic system.
September 30 - October 1: Presentation at the Open Fields Conference, at the annual RIXC Art Science festival in Riga, Latvia.
October: Group Show Enacting the Text: Performing with Words at The Center for Book Arts
Curated by Nicolás Dumit Estévez. The opening: October 7 at 6pm.
In November Hiram and I will be performing "Mix and Match 59" at AiOP 2016: PLAY Orlando (November 11-13).
